But that doesn't mean what you are experiencing isn't real. I agree with taking a low dose benzo, maybe as you are weaning off the abilify, then when you are off the abilify you can try to wean off the benzo. WebNov 10, 2011 · If its the 5mg pill, have you cut it into half, or into quarters (4). If you're halfing it, then you might take three quarters of the 5mg, see how you do, and then taper to half.
