Pry the tin cover thats behind the throttle arm off, there is a screw that stares you in the face, back the lock nut off and screw it in some, try it. That'll give you better throttle responce. After that is removed you will see above the throttle shaft a an allen set screw with a hex head 7/16 nut locking it into place. Loosen the nut and back off the set screw 3 turns.
